believing

snap, snap, snap
tap, tap, snap

believing in what I can not see
believing in the mystery

snap, snap, snap
tap, tap, snap

holding all of you in my heart
holding hope while we're apart

snap, snap, snap
tap, tap, snap
believing in what I can not see
peace, love and harmony

Reflection
Give thanks for sorrow that teaches you pity;
for pain that teaches you courage --
and give exceeding thanks for the mystery
which remains a mystery still -
the veil that hides you from the infinite,
which makes it possible for you
to believe in what you cannot see.

Beautiful photos and prose. But isn't believing what you can't see potentially dangerous? Peace, love and harmony can be "seen" by their effects, but some people "believe" in astrology, psychics, faith healing, supernatural beings, UFOs, life after death, etc.. George W. Bush believes in a god and believes this god told him to start a war. Where does one draw the line on "believing?"
